As with all of our produce, quantities are limited. We hand-pick to order to maintain the freshest and most nutritious produce possible. Within 3 days fresh produce can lose up to 50% of its nutritional value and sugar content. Due to this we carefully time plant growth and our listings, however, maintaining hand-picked produce reduces the time frame in which the product can be sold making quantities limited. Quantities will increase as our customer base increases.
